Notice of City Election
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That a Municipal Election in the City of Franklin, County of Renville, State of Minnesota, will be held on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026, between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., at the Franklin Community Center, located at 221 Second Ave. E., in said City. The first day of filing affidavits for Candidacy for said election will be Tuesday, July 14, 2026, and the last day for filing affidavits for Candidacy for said election will be Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Franklin City Hall, 320 Second Ave. E. The filing fee is $2.00. The purpose of the election is to elect one Mayor for a term of two years and two council member positions for a term of four years each
